Manila, Philippines — A Filipino-developed AI-powered payment solution emerged as the top winner at Morph’s Build In! Payments Hackathon, highlighting growing efforts to develop Web3 payment infrastructure while expanding opportunities for local developers.
The winning project, Sniffy, enables AI agents to autonomously pay for and access App Store Optimization (ASO) data, allowing founders and product teams to integrate ASO research directly into agentic workflows. By removing the need for manual dashboard monitoring, the platform helps improve product research efficiency and application discoverability across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Morph organized the multi-week event together with Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and DvCode Technologies Inc., inviting developers to create payment technologies under five categories: Cross-Border Remittance, SME Payments, Payroll/B2B, FX Treasury, and x402 Agentic Payments.
Other winning entries included Mandate402 for x402 Agentic Payments, Centrus Sovereign for Cross-Border Remittance, Ember for SME Payments, PayMemo for Payroll/B2B, Agent Mesh for the Community Choice Award, and Echo for the Blockchain4Youth Award.
The projects collectively reflected increasing technical capability within the Philippine Web3 developer community while demonstrating applications of AI and blockchain-enabled payment systems.
Participants competed for a 3,500 USDC prize pool before showcasing their projects during the awarding ceremony at YSpaces BGC in Taguig City.
Organizers said the event was designed to encourage innovation, strengthen collaboration among developers, and introduce participants to the Morph ecosystem, including its technology, community, and builder opportunities.

Participants heard insights from Eli Rabadon, CEO of DvCode Technologies Inc. and author of Programming4Youth: Code Like a Cook, who encouraged experimentation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
